Step Up for Students

Direct Pay information for families using eligible Step Up scholarship funds.

Step Up for Students families Reinhard Learning & Music is approved to provide Part-Time Tutoring Services through Step Up For Students and supports Direct Pay through EMA for eligible scholarship-funded tutoring. After your tutoring schedule is confirmed, you will be asked to reserve/authorize sufficient eligible scholarship funds in EMA for the tutoring term you want to use. Reinhard Learning & Music provides tutoring first and then submits eligible tutoring services to EMA for provider payment. You do not pay RLM directly for tutoring charges being handled through approved Direct Pay. Scholarship eligibility, reservation, and EMA payment decisions remain subject to Step Up rules and are not guaranteed by RLM. Private charges that are not part of eligible Direct Pay, including applicable late-cancellation or missed-session charges, remain the family's responsibility.
